All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two reliable shipping methods to serve cyclists worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions):

Standard Shipping – $12.95

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Includes tracking and insurance
  • Recommended for time-sensitive bike component orders

Free Shipping (Orders over $50)

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Includes basic tracking
  • Great value for apparel and smaller parts

International Shipping

We ship globally except to certain Asian countries and remote regions. Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes
  • Delivery times may vary based on local customs processing

Our Hassle-Free Returns Process

We stand behind every component we sell, from premium brake systems to complete build kits. If you need to return an item, follow our simple 3-step process:

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Email our gearheads at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer refund or exchange

Step 2: Package & Ship

Once approved, you’ll receive:

  • Return authorization number
  • Prepaid shipping label (for defective/wrong items only)
  • Instructions for repackaging bike components securely

Step 3: Refund Processing

Upon receiving your return:

  • Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Exchanges: New items ship within 1-2 business days after return processing
  • International refunds may take additional 2-3 days to appear in your account

Important Return Notes

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Clothing & shoes without original tags or that show signs of wear
  • Opened packages of brake pads and chain tensioners
  • Custom or special-order items (including select DK Bikes)

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for our errors)
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our mistake
  • For high-value bike components over $500, we recommend insured shipping with tracking

Damaged or Defective Items

If your brake parts, cranks, or other components arrive damaged:

  1. Take photos of the damage and packaging
  2. Email us immediately at [email protected]
  3. We’ll arrange expedited replacement at no cost to you
