Our Return Promise

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in original condition. Your satisfaction is our priority, whether you’re upgrading your cranks or selecting new cycling apparel.

Note: For hygiene reasons, clothing & shoes must be returned unworn with original tags attached. Certain brake pads and chain tensioners may be non-returnable if packaging is opened due to safety concerns.

Simple 3-Step Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

  • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer refund or exchange

Step 2: Package & Ship

Once approved, you’ll receive:

  • Return authorization number
  • Prepaid shipping label (for defective/wrong items)
  • Instructions for repackaging bike components securely

Step 3: Refund Processing

Upon receiving your return:

  • Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Exchanges: New items ship within 1-2 business days after return processing

International refunds may take additional 2-3 days to appear in your account.

Important Notes

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for our errors)
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our mistake
  • For high-value bike components over $500, we recommend insured shipping with tracking
  • Custom or special-order items (including select DK Bikes) may be non-returnable

Damaged or Defective Items

If your brake parts, cranks, or other components arrive damaged:

  1. Take photos of the damage and packaging

  3. We’ll arrange expedited replacement at no cost to you
