We specialize in everything a cyclist needs – from high-performance BIKES and build kits to essential components like axles, hubs, brakes, chains, and clothing accessories. Whether you’re maintaining your current ride or building a custom machine, we’ve got the parts to fuel your cycling passion.
Where is Cycle Gear Hub located?
Our warehouse is located at 1169 Williams Avenue, New York, US 10001, but we ship worldwide (with just a few exceptions in Asia and remote areas).

Product Questions

Do you carry complete bikes or just components?
We carry both! Check out our BIKES and DK Bikes sections for complete bicycles, and our Build Kits section if you’re looking to assemble your dream ride from scratch.
How do I know if a part is compatible with my bike?
Most product pages include compatibility information. If you’re unsure, our team of cycling experts can help – just email us at [email protected] with your bike model and the part you’re considering.
Do you offer technical advice for bike builds or repairs?
While we can provide general compatibility information, we recommend consulting with a professional bike mechanic for complex builds or repairs. We’re happy to point you toward resources though!

Ordering & Account

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal for secure, convenient checkout.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to follow your package every step of the way with our premium carriers.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly (within 1-2 business days), so please contact us immediately at [email protected] if you need to make changes. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Shipping & Delivery

What shipping options do you offer?
We offer two great options:
  • Standard Shipping ($12.95 flat rate via DHL/FedEx): 10-15 days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50 via EMS): 15-25 days after dispatch
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide with just a few exceptions in Asia and remote areas. International customers can choose either shipping option.
Why does delivery take longer for free shipping?
Our free shipping option uses EMS rather than premium carriers like DHL/FedEx to keep costs down for you. It’s perfect when you’re stocking up on gear but don’t need it urgently.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your order. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Please email us at [email protected] to initiate a return.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.).
How long do refunds take to process?
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5 business days and typically appear in your account within 7-10 business days depending on your payment method.
